Integral psychology counsellor
I believe that people can grow at any stage of their lives, understand the root of their problems, and work through them. I can help you do this by accompanying you through a phase of your life, and holding space for you to connect with yourself, access your own wisdom, and thus be able to find your own answers.

ABOUT ME
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Since my teenage years, I have been deeply drawn to the world of self‑knowledge. I often felt that I didn’t quite fit in with people my age, and that an indescribable sense of absence accompanied me throughout my life. Although it’s natural to search for our identity during adolescence, these questions stayed with me much longer and pushed me toward increasingly deeper inner exploration.
Two defining experiences helped me understand where this inner emptiness and uncertainty came from.
One was a family constellation session, where I learned that I had lost my twin during the fetal stage. This insight shed new light on many of my long‑held feelings: the sense of lack, the fear of abandonment, and the difficulty of connecting with others.
The other important realization came during a birth‑experience processing group, where I understood how deeply it affected me that I was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck.
I came to see that these very early, unconscious experiences do not live on as memories, but as bodily sensations, nervous‑system responses, and attachment patterns. For a long time, recurring patterns showed up in my life—such as anxiety, the feeling of struggling, freezing, or fearing abandonment. It took years of committed self‑development work to recognize and reshape these patterns, and today I’m able to notice when these automatic responses are being activated.
After college, I moved to the Netherlands, where I completed my master’s degree and later began working. Although those years were primarily focused on building my career, that was also the time when I increasingly felt the desire to work with people in a supportive, helping role. As a first step, I taught at a Hungarian weekend school.
Eventually, my long period of searching led me back home, where I enrolled at the Integral Academy. Since earning my degree as an Integral Counselor, I have continued my own self‑development journey and regularly participate in professional trainings. I am currently studying the focusing method, which deeply resonates with my view of the human inner world: a space where we can connect with our own inner wisdom with patience, curiosity, and respect.
Because I have lived abroad myself, I also understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges that come with building a life in another country, and how this can shape one’s inner journey.

HOW I WORK
I work collaboratively with my clients, guided by the belief that the expert on you is you. My role is to bring my training, experience, and knowledge of psychological principles as supportive tools to help you move toward your own goals. Often, a balanced approach works best—finding practical ways to navigate challenges while also exploring the deeper patterns behind them.
In our sessions, I work primarily with the tools of integral psychology. I like to look at things from a holistic perspective, taking into account the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and inner images.
I am with you with presence and attention: sometimes with silent surrender, sometimes with reflective feedback, sometimes by offering new perspectives. Depending on your needs, I may also bring in techniques like guided imagery, relaxation exercises, or meditative practices to support your process.
My own experiences shape how I work, too. Bodywork, psychodrama, family therapy, meditation, yoga, and the integral approach all influence the way I show up and accompany clients on their journey.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SIGN UP?
After you send your sign-up email, we usually begin with a few sessions to explore the topics and current challenges you’re facing. I’ll invite you to share what feels difficult, what you’d like to change, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also take time to look at important events in your life that have shaped who you are today.
These initial sessions give us a chance to get to know each other and see if working together feels like the right fit. If we decide to continue, we’ll agree on a verbal contract outlining your goals and the framework for working together, including session frequency, timing, payment, and cancellation policies.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION?
You don’t need to prepare anything. The first session is about your comfort and getting to know each other. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and background, and I’ll explain my approach. You can ask questions, and together we’ll decide the best way to move forward. There’s no pressure this is your time to see if I’m the right fit.
WHAT OUR WORK TOGETHER WILL BE LIKE?
During our work together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing—their development, and the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connected to them. It’s important to know that I won’t be giving advice; instead, we’ll focus on understanding the underlying causes of your difficulties. Often, solutions naturally emerge through this process of insight.
You are the active participant and creator of your own healing, just as you are of your life. The goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, supporting positive change and a greater sense of well-being.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE THERAPY SESSIONS?
Yes! At the moment, I offer sessions online. From April, in-person sessions will also be available.
HOW LONG WILL WE WORK TOGETHER?
The length of our work together depends on your goals, needs, and the nature of the challenges you’re facing. For well-defined issues, a fixed-term process—typically 4–8 sessions—can be effective. For more complex or long-standing difficulties that affect multiple areas of life, a longer-term approach without strict time limits may be more helpful. In either case, we regularly review your progress and the effectiveness of the process together. Some people notice improvements in 8–12 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. Throughout, you remain in control of your personal journey.
IS MY INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
Absolutely. Your privacy is very important to me. Everything shared in therapy sessions, as well as any records, is strictly confidential. I will only share information with your written consent, except in rare situations where safety is at risk. Your trust and privacy are essential for effective therapy.
HOW CAN INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING OFFER SOMETHING MORE - OR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
An integrative approach to psychological counselling is based on a more holistic view of the human being. It does not focus solely on thoughts and mental blocks, but also takes into account bodily signals, emotional processes, and—when relevant for the client—spiritual aspects of life. It works from multiple perspectives: rather than relying on a single method, the integrative counsellor draws on a range of psychological approaches, allowing the process to be tailored more precisely to the individual.
This approach is not limited to addressing problems alone; it also offers opportunities for personal growth. The aim is not merely to restore day-to-day functioning, but to support inner development, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a more authentic relationship with oneself. Integrative counselling also creates space for connecting with one’s inner life and personal path, offering support to those who feel there is “more within them” or who wish to engage with the deeper meaning of their lives.
BOUNDARIES OF COMPETENCE
As an integrative psychological counsellor, I primarily work with adults who do not have a diagnosed mental disorder and are not receiving psychiatric treatment. Clients who fall within the clinical spectrum require care from a clinical psychologist or psychotherapeutic services.
If you would like to learn more about what an integrative counsellor does and what this qualification involves, you can read about it on the Integrative Academy’s website. The ethical code for integrative counsellors can be found there as well.
